Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
You may request a cancellation of your vehicle booking prior to the initiation of the RTO registration process or within 48 hours of booking, whichever is earlier. Once the RTO registration or insurance process has been initiated in the customer's name, the booking cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the booking. A nominal processing fee may be deducted from the booking amount.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your bank account or credit card within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
4. Accessories & Spare Parts
Any accessories or spare parts purchased are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective at the time of delivery or installation.
