3. Pricing
All prices mentioned on the website are indicative ex-showroom prices and are subject to change without prior notice. The final on-road price will be calculated at the time of delivery and will include RTO, insurance, and other applicable charges.
4. User Information
By providing your contact details, you consent to Shilgar Auto Mobile contacting you regarding your booking, test ride, or promotional offers via SMS, Email, or Phone Call.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhiwani, Haryana.
