Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Showroom Delivery
Customers can take delivery of their electric vehicles directly from our showroom located at Loharu Road, Dinod Gate, Bhiwani. Delivery will be scheduled once full payment is realized and necessary RTO registration formalities are completed.
2. Delivery Timelines
For vehicles in stock, delivery is typically processed within 2-4 business days after full payment and document submission. If a specific color or model is out of stock, our sales team will communicate the estimated delivery timeline at the time of booking.
3. Document Requirement
At the time of delivery, the customer or an authorized representative must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the original booking receipt.
